By accessing and using Burstlet ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Burstlet is an AI-powered content creation platform that enables users to:

• Generate videos using RunwayML technology
• Create voice narration using ElevenLabs
• Generate written content using OpenAI
• Distribute content across social media platforms
• Access analytics and performance insights

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using Burstlet. However, you grant us a license to:

• Process and store your content to provide the service
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
• Display your content as part of the service functionality

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you input into our system.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Burstlet to:

• Create harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Distribute spam or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You agree that:

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You will provide accurate billing information
• You authorize automatic billing to your payment method
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Burstlet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
